I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and I must say that it exceeded my expectations. The location of the hotel is superb, being near to not just one, but two major shopping malls. This made it incredibly convenient to indulge in some retail therapy and explore a variety of dining options.

Great location as it is close to key attractions. the room was spacious and clean. the staff was accommodating and helpful, even willing to replace pillowcases and service the air conditioner which was much appreciated.
the bathroom had some issues with drainage and the shower glass was stained.

I loved the strategic location of the hotel, really convenient for me to explore the city easily. The staff were attentive to my needs. The cleanliness of the room was amazing, and the bed was comfortable to sleep on. the size of the room was adequate for my needs.

During my xmas stay, the location was convenient with easy access to nearby attractions. The room was fairly clean and spacious. the staff showed willingness to assist promptly throughout the stay.
My experience was marred by several negative aspects. The room was not properly maintained with marks and stains on the shower glass, bathroom walls, and even the bed covers.

The hotel is conveniently located near the beach and offers easy access to some top restaurants. the big room is spacious and neat. Even though there were some issues with the cleanliness of the bathroom, the staff did their best to sort them out and rectify any problems. the air conditioner worked perfectly and the staff were always willing to assist with any requests.
